Terms & Conditions for Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
Empanelment under IndiaAI Mission
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.
By accepting, the applicant Cloud Service Provider (CSP) agrees to abide by all the
guidelines mentioned below:
- We hereby certify that we have not been empanelled in IndiaAI through any
of the previous empanelment processes.
- All AI compute services submitted for empanelment shall be delivered from
an already operational Data Center in India with NoC & SoC.

The AI compute units shall be enabled for real time display through required API
integration on the admin dashboard together with in the already empanelled ones within
30 Days of empanelment, together with integration with NoC & SoC for monitoring.

The categories of services under Network Services, Storage Services, AI platform and
other services, shall be extended to the newly proposed AI compute units before these
are made operational/available to IndiaAI, at the same rates (including applicable
discounts) concurred during the latest round of RFE, or price discovery.

The AI compute units submitted are a part of compute cluster with peer to-peer
connectivity enabled for multi-instance workload execution requiring direct access &
transfer of data from another AI Compute unit’s memory without involving the CPU or
system memory. The peer-to-peer connectivity is not restricted to submitted AI compute
instance, and encompasses already provisioned AI compute units.
- All the annexures forming part of the application are mandatory and
shall be duly completed, signed (where applicable), and submitted by the Applicant.
Compliance with the requirements specified in the annexures shall constitute the basis
for evaluation. Any omission, incomplete submission, misrepresentation, or
non-compliance with the requirements contained therein may render the application
non-responsive and liable for rejection.

It is understood that mere submission of the application, including all Annexures,
shall not be construed as binding on IndiaAI. IndiaAI reserves the right to seek
additional documentary evidence, over and above that submitted by the Applicant, for the
purpose of adjudging the various criteria stipulated herein.

The CSP agrees that if any information furnished is found to be incorrect,
misleading, or false at any stage, IndiaAI reserves the right to take appropriate
action, including, but not limited to, cancellation of empanelment and blacklisting from
future empanelment processes.
- For new GPU categories and services, rates shall be discovered through
competitive bidding on the CPP Portal.
